Return and Refund Policy

We “myvitaminpk” understands the importance of our customer’s satisfaction. Hence, myvitaminpk is very much committed to provide best services to our respectable customers in any matter.

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to serve you the best. We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 working days of purchase. You can return product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Things can be returned/exchanged

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Any tempered or opened item will not be returned or exchanged.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Original receipt will be required
• Company will not bear any courier fees for return items.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

• Contact us through Email info@myvitaminpk.com within 7 days of purchased any item
• Receipt or Purchase order must be given in the email.
• One of our representative will contact you back after receiving the email. In case, you do not hear from our representative within 24hours. You must contact directly on given number.
• Incase purchased item is returning through courier, you must provide courier detail in the email and company will ship back new item within 72hours after receiving the returned item.
• If you are residing within the city, you can return the item directly in the office on given address.

 

Payment method

• Your refund will be transferred to you by the same way it was transfer to company at the time of purchasing.
• In case you want your refund in the bank you must provide us your bank account detail.
• You can take your payment back directly from the company if you return the item physically at any outlet.
